1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and MySchool, Inc. (“MySchool,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Delaware corporation, governing your use of the Know It All mobile application (“the App”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Know It All is an AI-powered educational study platform designed to help OB/GYN residents prepare for oral board examinations. The App simulates clinical case scenarios through real-time dialogue with an AI examiner and provides structured feedback on clinical reasoning.

The App is available on iOS and Android. Features, content, and availability may change at our discretion as the product evolves.

3. Medical and Clinical Disclaimer

Know It All is an educational tool only. All content, scenarios, and AI-generated feedback are provided strictly for study and practice purposes.

The App does not provide medical advice, clinical diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. You should not rely on any information provided by the App for actual clinical decision-making. Always defer to professional medical judgment, established clinical guidelines, and supervision by qualified healthcare providers.

AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. MySchool makes no representations or warranties regarding the medical accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content generated by the App.

4. Accounts and Registration

To use the App, you must create an account using a valid email address and password, or by authenticating through Google or Apple sign-in. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at admin@getknowitall.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Beta Program

Know It All is currently offered as a beta release. By participating in the beta program, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The App is provided “as is” and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features.
  • Features may be added, modified, or removed without prior notice.
  • There is a possibility of data loss, and we do not guarantee preservation of your data during the beta period.
  • Beta access is provided free of charge and may transition to a paid subscription model upon general release.
  • We may solicit feedback from you, and any feedback you provide may be used to improve the App without obligation or compensation to you.

6. Subscription and Payment

During the beta period, the App is free to use. Upon general release, access to the App will require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing frequency, and plan details will be communicated before any charges apply.

All payments will be processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to the applicable store’s terms of sale. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.

Except as required by applicable law, all subscription fees are non-refundable. MySchool may, at its sole discretion, offer refund programs, satisfaction guarantees, or promotional credits under separate terms and conditions. Any such programs will be communicated to eligible users and will be governed by their own specific terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to case scenarios, AI-generated feedback, text, graphics, logos, software, and the underlying technology — are the exclusive property of MySchool, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes, subject to these Terms.

You retain ownership of the original responses and input you provide during practice sessions. By using the App, you grant MySchool a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, analyze, and create derivative works from your input solely for the purposes of (a) operating and providing the service to you, (b) personalizing your experience, and (c) improving the App through anonymized or aggregated analysis. This license survives termination of your account with respect to anonymized or aggregated data only.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of the App.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools (including bots, scripts, or spiders) to access, extract, or interact with the App or its content.
  • Share, transfer, or allow others to use your account credentials.
  • Use any App content — including case scenarios, AI-generated feedback, or other materials — for commercial purposes, including resale, redistribution, or incorporation into competing products.
  • Represent, imply, or suggest that AI-generated feedback from the App constitutes actual medical advice, clinical guidance, or a professional medical opinion.
  • Use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the App.

9. Institutional Licenses

Know It All may be made available to residency programs and institutions through institutional license agreements. Institutional licenses are charged on a per-seat basis and are governed by both these Terms and any supplemental institutional agreement executed between MySchool and the institution.

If you access the App through an institutional license, your institution may have access to your individual usage data and performance information as described in our Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a supplemental institutional agreement, the institutional agreement will control with respect to the institution’s rights and obligations.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to the App, other users, or MySchool.

We may also terminate your account for any other reason by providing you with 30 days’ written notice via the email address associated with your account.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at admin@getknowitall.com.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

11. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. MYSCHOOL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the App’s availability, but we do not guarantee any specific level of uptime or performance.

We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated content, including clinical scenarios, feedback, or assessments of your performance.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MYSCHOOL, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

MYSCHOOL’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MYSCHOOL IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY DOLLARS ($50), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

You and MySchool agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App (“Dispute”) will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court if they qualify.

Class action waiver: you and MySchool each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. Disputes must be brought in an individual capacity only.

Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in English and will take place in the State of Delaware or via videoconference, at the election of the party initiating the claim.

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact us at admin@getknowitall.com and attempt to resolve the Dispute informally for at least 30 days.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any Dispute arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version within the App or on our website. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

16. General Provisions

  • Entire agreement: these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any supplemental institutional agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and MySchool regarding the App.
  • Severability: if any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
  • Waiver: our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
  • Assignment: you may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
