How do I create an account?

Download Elencus from the App Store and sign up with your email address, Google, or Apple account. You'll be asked for your PGY level and residency program during setup.

How does a practice session work?

Elencus presents a clinical scenario and asks you to talk through your reasoning. The AI examiner follows up with probing questions based on your responses, then provides structured feedback at the end of the session.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your session data is stored securely and is never shared with other users. Voice recordings are processed for transcription only and are not retained after processing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

I'm having trouble with audio or microphone access.

Make sure Elencus has microphone permission in your device settings. On iOS, go to Settings > Elencus and confirm the microphone toggle is enabled. If you continue to have issues, try closing and reopening the app.

How do I delete my account?

To request account deletion, email support@elencus.ai from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request and delete all associated data within 30 days.
